Xiongjing – Huang Cailin is now appointed as the new Bai Chancellor, following his party’s success in the June elections. Nominated with strong support by Yihuiting members in a special parliamentary session, Huang has been formally appointed by the Bai Emperor to lead the Bai government. A formal swearing-in ceremony will be held in the evening and televised on state media.
