MAJAPURA, MAJESIA – Six FSA tourists were arrested naked on the small beach of Kelahang Island last weekend (30/8). Police rushed to the beach around 7 am after bystanders alerted them that they had seen six foreigners naked on the beach. Police said that the six of them didn’t know that they cannot get naked in public and ordered to get dressed before being taken to Kelahang Police Station. The six of them charged and fined for public indecency, inappropriate behavior, and causing trouble to others with seven days in the local jail and deported to their country.

Kelahang’s move to open their island to the tourist is already seen as a controversial move by its local population, as they are mostly conservative Imani. Local people are afraid that bringing foreign tourists will invite crime, premarital sex, and drunkenness behavior that has been frowned upon by local religious people. The mayor said that opening to tourists would increase the local economy as the Kelahang beaches rated as one of the best in the world.
