Oridica, Allendea – A recent poll conducted in Oridica, the capital of the province of Rabenzáler, shows a majority of the asked is for Amgufanasian in schools.
“Learn and preserve” is the motto of the Allendean Board of Minority languages (JAIM), an organisation dedicated to preserve the indigenous languages of Allendea. Its most prominent members are the Amgufanasian, Capuchean and Yuva languages. The first two are recognised officially, however Yuva is not yet recognised. The JAIM has been conducting the survey.

Carlos Miguel del Barán, Deputy in the House of Deputies, the lower house of the legislature of the province of Rabenzáler, member of the Unitarian Party, said “I will do everything in my power to implement the Amgufanasian language in our education system.”, though, it is unclear whether a vote in the House of Deputies will happen.
