Folsom – Rangers from the Park Department of Sierra have discovered Đỗ Sơn Thanh’s body near Lake Folsom, after two weeks since his reported disappearance. As investigations are ongoing, authorities had warned against speculations about his death.

Details of the discovery were yet to be officially revealed, with conflicting preliminary reports regarding the circumstances of his death. Insider reports indicated that he might have fallen into the lake, or mauled by a wild animal. Speculations of foul play are rife due to his political background.

Do is a renowned critic of the Kuehong’s regime. His father, who was a key military official, has arranged for his family to leave for the Federal States during a series of purges under the previous Vu Yen Luc regime, as then Chairman Vu launched a campaign against corruption in 2012.

Following his reported disappearance, the family has left the Sierran town of Guerrero. Their current whereabouts are unknown, although authorities confirmed that they are in touch with Do’s family members. Their neighbours and fellow Kue friends had refused to speak to the press.
